Large 1943 Russian Propaganda Poster Need help with translation

I bought a few WW2 Original WW2 Propaganda Posters this weekend..man they have gone up in price!!!.
In amongst them was this large 1943 hand painted ( water colours) Propaganda poster.

It is on very low quality paper and is a bit brittle, there are couple of small pieces missing as you can see in the photos.
One square piece has no longer attached.
This needs a good home, and should be mounted on canvas or something else to preserve it.
Can anyone tell me what is written in the lower section?

This is not my sort of thing so I will be letting it go.
I still have had not luck using our Sellers listings, so I cannot put it there

Has anyone seen one of these before?

It is 76X28 inches.
If this is the quality of paper used on Russian posters, I would understand why they are rare.

It is a very nice poster. Nice Soviet art.
The headline of the text says "Forward, to victory!"
You can type the whole text in an online translation machine. The text will not be translated perfectly but it gives you an indication of what the Russian text means.
Most wartime printing matters are not printed on high quality paper like we have today. In a lot of countries in Europe and also in Russia paper was scarce during the war. Because of that it was also a bad quality.
As you already writes the poster is very brittle. So it must be kept well.
The best way is to frame the poster. Maybe there is a special shop (art gallery) for framing this kind of posters in your town. They will advise you. Never paste the poster on a (canvas) background!!! It will irreparably damage the poster and make it worthless.
Keep the poster from the direct sunlight. Store it on a dry a dark place. Do not fold it or roll it up. Wear cotton gloves when you want to grasp the poster. Maybe it sounds strange to you but the salt of your hands will damage the poster.
Put the poster in a nice frame and you will have a beautiful historical piece of art on your wall.

I do not have the Russian Letters on my computer so I did not know how to get that translated ( I am not all that great with computers)

I willlet this go for $250 US plus shipping...far less than I THINK IT WORTH..but not my thing either..I would rather it get a good home on this forum....than list it on ebay.
