Default Litchniy Znak of the 2. IAP.

Some questions about other Litchniy Znak. Both Litchniy Znak shown on the pictures had belonged to members of the second fighter regiment/wing (2 ИАП - истребительный авиационный полк). I am not sure or they were airmen or ground crew.
The abbreviations at the bottom left of both ID discs are not very clear to read. So I am also not very sure about the right translation of both abbreviations. Maybe someone at this forum can help me.
The possible abbreviation at the first Litchniy Znak is "КИР. КОМ.", "КАР. КОМ" or "КЛР. КОМ".

The abbreviation at the second Litchniy Znak is "4?Ч. РОТА (company)". Could this be a training company?
