Document shows НКПC - NKPS - Railways.
If you scan the photo at 1200DPI or so, I'll bet the collar tab pips are pentagonal and the cap star-cockarde is the M34 type for NKPS personnel...

Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam!
Sorry, for some reason I kept saying NKPT, instead of NKPS. What do you think of the documents authencity?
I can't see why someone would want to fake one of these. Even though this is one of my main genres of interest, they are not very popular, unlike the NKVD.
However, Philippe has a good eye, so his opinion is one to take into consideration.

That's what crossed my mind too, but they basically fake everything these days. I will upload some scans later. Thank you for your opinions gents!
Hi,
There is also no wear on this document does not cover to protect it.
There is only the center fold which is not worn and marked. The corners are not chipped. It is a document that takes place in the breast pocket of gymnasterka.
Take for example a military ID, those dated 41-42, ... all have to wear the cover, pages, ...
Regards.
Well pointed out Philippe!
1200 DPI scan of the PHOTO only - scan & crop...
