Hi,
the second one is about flat registration in Vilnius. Stanislava Kondratova was registered in and out and left a flat in good condition. The stamp belongs to the local militia dept.
The first one is an evacuation card of the same person. It's in Polish and Lithuanian.

The above are front and back of the same document. I can see Lodz, was she deported to Lodz in 1946? is there more information? I think after the war and border changes there was evacuations west...
