    valid until June 2, 1922 at an exit through the border point Negoreloye citizen Poren A.M. with wife Ya.A. and 2 children in Poland in the permit.

    The round stamp:

    Государственное Политическое Управление НКВД
    ОСОБЫЙ ОТДЕЛ

    The State Political Directorate (GPU NKVD)
    The special dept

    As for me, it's a very remarkable doc because of the signature of G. Yagoda, who was not the last person in NKVD.

    He was the chief of NKVD in 1934-36. Then arrested and shot.
