Article about: I picked this up really cheap on Ebay, but I don't have the slightest idea of what it is? I don't expect you to translate from those terrible pictures, but does anyone at least know its purp

    I picked this up really cheap on Ebay, but I don't have the slightest idea of what it is?

    I don't expect you to translate from those terrible pictures, but does anyone at least know its purpose? What branch? Something? I might post some more pictures.

    Seems it's a really cheap thing.
