Soviet Soldiers book translation help required

HI,
After the very useful info I hasd when I posted another book recently I have picked up 2 more (not planning to get too many of these but they were cheap so I was tempted, this one has just arrived and the other is on the way) - I'm hoping a member can help with a bit of information on this chap - its a shame the photo has been removed (by the looks of it at least)

Red Army Book issued to Vera Maksimovna Troshchina dated June 25th, 1946. She served in the 105th Independent Communications Regiment from May 1942 through to the end of the war, May 9th, 1945 as a “Forwarder”, or Dispatcher. She was born in 1919 in Russia and completed the 7th grade. Her home address is in Moscow. No awards are listed.
