Twice (?) wounded. As of March 1945 in a hospital in Lviv due to head wound (his third?).
I don't think there is a chance to find much more than that...
Just a small comment related to Russian grammar.
His surname was ВЯЧКИЛЕВ, without A at the end.
An A at the end of a surname usually (but not always) indicates women's surname.
Here on the photo, the A letter in his surname is the result of grammar when writing surname in the genetive case.
