Hi I got this photo in a small group.
Would like some more info about it.Are they airforce,nkvd,army or navy? I guess the writing on the backside is very hard to reda but any info would be great.

Most likely NKVD as there seems no metal tress around the collar tabs edges and no branch cipher - OR technical or Politruck with no branch ciphers is entirely possible also...

I can see one square on the right guy's collar tab i.e he's second lieutenant
Two squares on the left guy's collar tab i.e. he's lieutenant
Младший (Mladshiy) translates to "second"? I always thought it was "junior".
