    Thanks Dave for the info! Are you asking if i had a point or why I used points? I used Points because I was distracted and I was referring to the amount of tons Topp was credited with?

    Hi Dave, thanks for posting this. I would direct members attention to the date of the loss of this ship. Several months before the USA was officially at war with Nazi Germany. A lot of people don't realise how the USA helped Britain at this, our dark hour of need. The convoys were a vital lifeline for us.
