In Peterborough (England) is the Grave of Sgt. Hunter.
He succumbed to wounds whilst being treated.

Every year, on the nearest Sunday to Anzac day, a memorial is held at his graveside honouring ALL Anzacs !

A few pics of the Perth ANZAC service and march, I took these off the net but they give you a good idea of what it is like. If you can imagine 50000 people all congregating at dawn at the one memorial and all absolutely silent, it is a really amazing experience. Many of them are young people, teenagers etc...it's just a great day to be a part of.

He's just saying thanks for the recognition, thanks for appreciating us. We owe him and his mates a huge thanks, he owes us nothing.

I was at the service a few years back, as a standard bearer ...
There were a couple of Aussie's who were on holiday, who actually attended, which was great !

Everybody felt slightly humbled with their presence ....
It really made the service, as "Sgt. Hunter" was acknowledged by fellow countrymen ...

Glad to hear everyone had a good day yesterday for ANZAC DAY.
This year crowds were up all over the country which is testament to our gratitude to the current Military Forces as well as the past eras.
Here are a couple of photos of the Rememberance and March in Brisbane.
