Looks like a first issue, 1946. I've never seen one before though. I got the info from here. Thanks for showing.

Thanks for that Andy, really useful link. I think you are right on the '46 issue as they have no indicator of a series number on them.
I'm asking for a chap that comes into my shop, he has a good stack of these in mint condition
