Can anyone place this picture to a British army barracks?

I recently found this photo in some old family photographs. The man in the front on the far right was the husband of my mother's aunt. I would love to be able to find where it was taken, even the year. the picture was not dated and no one in my family can tell me anything about it. any help or direction to take to uncovering the hidden info would be great. thanks.

Hi Denise, all I can tell you is that they are members of the Home Guard. Note the leather gaiters and leather belts.
