Hey guys, i found this cut out at the bottom of a box of paperwork this morning,
made me chuckle so i thought id share!

Yes, its a great item. Presumably it dates from the Hitler- Stalin (or Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact) pact of 1939.

Yes i assume the same, the whole box of paperwork is mid to late 30's
