Large N Africa photo group

Just bought this lot from an online dealer so yet to arrive.

Lots of good photos IMO, wrecked panzers, halftracks, 88's, POW's and plenty of British soldiers, groups and singles and plenty of tourist type shots of the Pyramids, the Sphinx, the Nile etc.. Looking forward to them arriving to have a closer look.

Thanks mate. I'll post some detail shots when they arrive. Gonna be fun searching through them to see what is there. As far as I can tell there are circa 60-70 pictures in the lot, maybe more.

Thats a great lot of photos Jerry. Loving the Lewis gunner and looking forward to some more detailed pics when you get them. Also great that most of them seem to have writing on the back.

Arrived today, 85 images in all and all but 5 of them have locations on the reverse. I'll add some pictures of them when I can, but probably not before the weekend.

A selection of them, I have just photographed them rather than scanned them so they might be a little sharper, but good enough I think. I have labelled them with what is written on the reverse, so hover over the pictures to read what they say, all are just locations pretty much except the POW pic which says "Jerry on the Push of 42".
