I picked this up this morning. The paper and printing style is shouting WW1 to me, but I've no idea what 2 C.B.R.B might be, any ideas chaps?

Thanks Jerry, was the British Railways Board associated with ROD or a separate entity? All google brings up is BR in the 50s-90s!

I cannot tell you anymore Ed, just a guess really, but it sort of fits with it being relocation platoon.
