Through-way Town Plans of France, 1944 complete set of 6 volumes

Hey guy's,
need some help here to value a set of books a girl friend/ dealer got in recently.
She 's got the 6 volumes +Denmark and Holland town plans.
She was offered 100 euro's for the lot, but I found (during a quick research)a sale at Bonhams NY including 2 of those books estimated at € 1,100 - 1,600...for the lot including other maps and booklets...
Here is what she haves;

I doubt if we can provide a much better valuation than your own sales research. That is what we would do anyway.
If she is selling then an online auction would probably be the best choice.

I thought collectors would be able to give me a idea of what those might be selling for when offered on the market.
It is not my interest field, so I have totally no idea...

Found this, I guess that must be the average price for those booklets...

I guess that it is down to how much someone wants them. The hammer price of the two volumes in the auction would suggest that 100 euro's was reasonably close to their value.

But what if you also find 2 of those booklets in a lot,among other, on a Bonhams NY sales estimated at € 1,100 - 1,600...

Bonhams (NY) also had a MK301 clandestine radio for sale in 2017... the guide price was £1,600 although it wasn't even a complete set. I purchased my complete set from well-known UK dealer Paul Laidlaw, for £350.
