The first one seems to be in much better condition.

The last one, which has been posted on the Forum, has a modified scabbard,
which will decrease it's value !
    Regards,

    Steve.

Hi pammy. Both are real, although the second one is modified. I would pass on that one, becuase the value decreases. The first one, however, looks very good. I would accept the first one with open arms. How much for the first and second. If the price is right for the second, you can buy another scabbard for it. Just my two cents.

hi,the first one is on a big dealer site for $1195 .00 and the other one i just got in the mail as its nicer looking inperson ..that one i traded a 2nd luft for and iam happy and the guy is happy so i have lets say $600 in it...the scabbard realy does not bother me and they are the hardest thing to find as most that i have seen have no scabbard..but thank you and iam not going to touch the scabbard as you can fit a belt threw it and its different!talk soon and hope all is well?pammy

So, you bought/traded for the 2nd one. I like it too, but won't hold as much value as the nicer one. I think 1200 is a lot of money, maybe 900.

thats ok,as i could never afford $1200 or $900 so at $600 i think iam ok,as worst i can get $500 back on it...ok,thanks again for your opinion and you have a great day!

You too pammy. Hope you enjoy it. When you recieve it, are you able to post more pictures? I thought about the belt loop, and I think it was done during the war. So at least you have a war period item. Cheers.
