French Lebel Polish Issue????

Greetings to all,
I have a French Lebel Bayo but it has 86/93 stamped on the brass handle. No WZ associated with it. Any idea if this is in fact Polish issue or ?????? I just don't see any reference as to the solitude of the marking without the WZ.
