how to tell the difference of M1 bayonet. ww2/post war?
there is what I believe to be an m1 bayonet from ww2 for sale at a local antique shop, but I do not have pictures of it. I am a collector of German militaria, and don't know how to differentiate us ww2 items form post war. can someone assist me by educating me on how to tell the two apart? any info is much appreciated.
