I think you will find this is quite a rare bird.
It looks like a British BC 41 Commando knife, .. issued prior to the Fairbairn and Sykes fighting knife. circa 1941.
Or a NZ knuckle knife ..

Thanks very much for the website. Its really a good fighting knife website. On the knife I have the scabbard seems to be like the Smith's from New Zealand, but the knife itself is unmarked. The same with the British "BC-41". I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. Again, thanks.
