I'm glad it worked out for you Gary. I didn't think he wanted to sell it when he talked to me but it looks like it has a good home now.

Burt I've always wanted one of these m2's with the bone jigged handel . Gary
Gorgeous knife, great jigging on that bone.
Blade loss looks to be minimal.
Hi B B thanks for looking . Yes the knife is in great shape for its age. Gary
Believe you can send for switch blades on line. I know a friend that got one from The Edge Company a while back. Sent to him partly disasembled to get around the laws. If not the Sog Trident tanto line of knives is available with a spring assist blade that flies out fast as hell with a flip of thumb stud on blade. just thought I would mention. Got mine at Dicks sporting goods.
Sog knives are a favourite of mine ! 'Sog Assist Technology' is a great
invention of owner/designer Spencer Frazer.........

Steve.

Not quite a Microtech Makora II, but the Presto's did the job, for sure!

"Much that once was, is lost. For none now live who remember it."
Some of our local sporting goods chains carry SOG 'S.A.T.' knives. I suppose they are
boxed up in a warehouse in the States and shipped without being thoroughly
checked over at the border.
A really well made/designed SOG knife, besides the 'Trident', is the 'Twitch II'
although it is rather small. Like their adverts claim - "The blade action
is addictive. Once you've played with it, you'll want to open it over
and over again".........

Steve.
