    These were designed by William Fairbairn (Fairbairn and Sykes)
    for use by the British SAS and the American OSS. I believe they
    are completely unmarked but I'm not 100% sure of that.

    They are pretty scarce nowdays. I have only ever seen one in
    person and that was many years ago.
