    Looks like a third pattern Sykes-Fairbairn Commando knife. Blade seems a bit short but that might be my pixel problem.

    Some of these no doubt finished up in U.S.N. hands.

    Thanks. I thought it was a F/S 3rd type. I think it was worth the $75 I paid for it. I have another F/S type knife but it has a wood grip.Rich A. in Pa.
