U.S WW2 M1 Garand Short Bayonet Real vs Post war

Article about: Hey guys Im looking this weekend for M1 Garand short bayonets i was wondering if you guys can show me if the bayonet is ww2 or post war. Examples and pictures would be awesome!! Thanks Ryan

    Just be aware of repro's.If it looks to good to be true..it probably is.The flaming bomb has been mentioned..also look for letters stamped on the metal part of the scabbard, these can be found underneath where the belt hook attaches.Should be B/N and a number..
    Do post pics of your new find if you get lucky!

    Keep an eye out for the 16 inch bayonets. Those are the nice ones.
