Everything looks fine to me. What is the asking price. That might be the reason its still for sale.

Its just under one hundred USD. I think that might be a little high in the US but that's pretty cheap over here.

Your images aren´t that huge so I cannot see the maker clearly ...

Here´s the detail the maker´s mark upon the sheath of an M4 bayonet, made by Victory Plastics in the late 60´s.

Thanks for the reply reibert. I have read conflicting info on the VP marking on the scabbard body with some saying its WW2 made and others that its post war 50's made. It's all academic now as someone else has bought it the bayonet.
