    Question Looking for information on name on pack.

    Hello, I've been collecting WW2 items for awhile and the other day I picked up a M41 U.S.M.C. haversack/pack. I know the Marine Corp used these packs for quite sometime, but I believe this one is from WW2.

    Anyway the name looks like Gilbert or Gikert Mendoza. The serial number is hard to make out, but looks like 1373614. I'm hoping someone here could help me out with this.
