need info about this guy (RED TAILS)

hey guys , a friend of me wants to buy this but wants to know some more information about it . The seller said that the guy from the dogtag and papers has worked on the same airbase where the guys from the RED TAILS where stationed too . now i wanna ask if this is true and if you guys can give me more information in what group/division he was and what he did . and how much you think this is worth.
