hallo guys, please have you info on 393 Coy RASC on WW2 ? general transport? served in North africa or Italy?
Regiment? Division? Battle Honour?

Yes they served in N.Africa and Italy. I think they may have been disbanded in Anzio, I remember reading an article about a soldier from the Leics Regt. being posted to 393 RASC as a despatch rider.

the RASC has no battle honours

the RASC became the Royal Corps of Transport in the mid 1960's and was amalgamated again in the 1990's and is now the Royal Logistic corps. Their museum may be able to help.
