Research help into grandfather

Hi

Not sure if anyone can help but I am trying to find out any information I can about my late grandfather. Unfortunately he never spoke about his service and even my late father knew little about it, we don't even know his service number. Is there anyone who is a wiz at these things who might be able to help. Tried normal things but nothing comes up. Strangely nothing comes up for my other grandfather but by a stroke of luck and the Pioneers website I have his number.

My grandfather was Samuel Thomas Barnett and born 27th April 1904 in Hove, East Sussex. The only family rumour was he was a medic, possibly in the medical corp, as we understand he entered a concentration camp at some point.

Can anyone help?

This is what I found on Ancestry.. You probably already have all this information.. This is from the 1911 census. Your Grandfather was 6 yrs old.. Head of household at that time was your Grandfathers Grandfather...

I will continue to search and see if I can find any military service records.. Right now I am not getting much..
