US QM tag

Hey guys,just wanted to double check here before making a purchase..would I be correct in assuming that the manufactured date on the below mentioned QM tag would be 7th october 44...

Stock No 74-H-60
Munsingwear, Inc
P.O. No. 4136 – 10 – 7 – 44
Spec – No. PQD. No PQD. No. 256 D

I believe it's the contract award date not the day of MFG. the earlier date is the pattern date

Apparently that is everything on the QM tag..no other date so that must be the manufactured date...Rene your tag has alot more info on it

would help to see the tag? but if no second date, then it's the contract date- there is no day date of US manufacturing ever

The tag you showed me just above has a day date on it..ive asked for a picture of the tag though
