Hi guys, the first bloke is Norman Mitchell,6th battalion Grenadier Guards,he would of fought with my granddad on monte Camino in Italy.
Normans trying to get back out to Camino next September, cant wait to see him there if he can make it.
Whilst i was out in Italy in September, we got talking to two Italian lads that had been metal detecting, they had been searching around an area named Grenadier wood, were they found a grenadier helmet, they gave the helmet to us and Norman presented it to the guards museum,London,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQl8rrdLZtA
ill post some pics of the helmet for you to look at,the helmets been sprayed with machine gun fire, poor lad!to hold something like that is breath taking to me.
    Many thanks Adam
