Clans, if I remember it costs in-game Gold to set up a clan. Its a one off payment of about 1500-2500 Gold to register your Clan's name.

Ive gone and gotten my first Prem Tank. The T14, and damn that makes things easier! I can finally afford an upgrade to a Stug III. That would leave my garage as follows:
