The paper-insert is titled "Description and Instructions"... Is there anything to read on the reverse?
The stamp on the paper-insert reads "Der Kommandeur der Panzerabwehrtruppen"---Commander of Anti-Tank Troops

Hi Glenn. Thanks. He wouldn't let me take out the paper so I guess that's that, lol. I could have gotten it out but he was having a crap got about it so I said forget it.
