Article about: probably the company logo and tensile strenght of the bolts. it will be a job to trace it to any luftwaffe equipement.

    Well, with a quick check with google, RIBE is a German company that been around since 1915...
    These kind of bolts can be found here (an old timer's tech. order shop) - so the hub and bolts are old and German. This is the only thing for sure...

    I think I've found how this wheel was used...most likely it belonged to a Luftwaffe "Anlasswagen" (3 wheeled starter or bomb trolley):

    the 380 x 150 tire were used on the fw 190. i have one my self.
