Panzer track link?

Article about: Hello, today i found this track link and it looks like from panzer for me, maybe someone could help me identify?

    Yes, i will try to clean it, but i dont know yet what method i will choose. Probably electrolysis and metal brush. I dont have a lot experience in cleaning

    These are pretty solid I would recommend getting it shot blasted. But electrolysis will shift the crud too.
