SdKfz Track Link

Picked this up a couple of years ago. I think it's from an SdKfz 9 just based on its size but would welcome any opinions.

Many thanks for your replies, the website is particularly interesting. It's still a bit difficult to be sure since I'm missing a chunk but measurements and detail point towards a 12t SdKfz 8 link.

By he look of it a complete track link would be 40cm!...
