The photographer who have done the pics in posting No. 20 must have taken them from that window of the redbrown house in the back. There over the entrance door in the first floor just over the head of the girl which stood and look on me ... on pic No. 5 in the last posting

Hi, going back shortly to the old Thread.
Great work done with this then and now !
Question- how did it happend that it (Grille) was found in a such deep water ?
Was it dumped from some cliff or bridge? Or the place was flooded later ?
Pity that after all these years it is not available for the tpublic, even unrestored.
No signs of it in Bad Ischl/Laufen. They must keep it hidden.
Such a great find.
