    Hi Dave, I looked at this before when you first posted the pic, but it's not on the only list I have, although it hasn't been updated since 2004!

    Thanks very much Steve for trying, I've spent several hours scouring the Internet searching for the manufacturer but I come up with nothing. There must be a record of the maker somewhere out there but for the life of me I can't find it! Thanks very much for your efforts anyway, cheers, Dave.
