Cromweel wheel ? Found in Normandy

Hello,

Recovered yesterday in Normandy, this wheel.

For me, it's Cromwell, but I always saw eight holes on the wheel, then I have 8 holes, but also eight other smaller holes. Anyone know the origin? This, however, seems to be the postwar DIY.

I own a Cromwell and it looks like the correct type of wheel, also the diameter is 31" which is also correct. congrats.
i need a set for mine do you think you could find another 19
