My Late 44 Willys Jeep

Hi, the seller told me the jeep was made in 1946, its well preserved and in running condition, but to be honest, i trust you guys more than i trust the seller.
I ll try making him lower the price.
I did found 2 more willys jeeps in better condition but they were on sale for more than 22000euros
I also agree with the quotes above, that it should have most all of it's original parts
and the exhaust is on the wrong side. It is nice that there are combat rims
all 'round, however there are a few other things wrong............

The side reflectors are only frames or are painted over and the gas can bracket
is incorrect, plus there are a lot of parts missing:

Side cushions, safety strap rings, canvas top, top bows and brackets, spade,
axe, and their brackets and straps, side mirror, mirror arm and bracket, etc.
These are small details, but for the asking price, all of these parts
( and probably more we cannot see ) should be there.........!

It could possibly be a 1946 Willys jeep that has been altered from a CJ2A
to look like a WWII era vehicle - a 'Mop and Glow' vehicle that was done
on a limited budget. Certainly not worth 15,000 Euros, IMO.

nice jeeps! at the price these jeeps are going for you could buy a rolls-royce for the money over here! (not joking!)

    Rolls Royce 1983 for sale in Mayo : €8,000 - DoneDeal.ie
ROLLS ROYCE for sale in Cork : €3,950 - DoneDeal.ie

    G'day Steve
No problem on you showing yours mate Jeepy is currently in the garage and I need to find out why the generator is not charging, any way I took some more shots for you. I'd love to see what engine you have in yours
    Hey, Rene...................!

I found out why my jeep had a generator problem - The generator was not 'polarized' !
So I touched a length of wire from the battery terminal to the connecting post
on the generator until it made a spark - it works again..............!
    Regards,

    Steve.
