Looks great so far. I never attempted to build the 1/6 weapons. Maybe I will start after seeing your work. Thanks.
Steve,
Your work is amazing, these are fantastic models I love the weathering and wear you created on the ammo tins.

Last one......
MG15 on 'aerial' tripod. I've had to use fishing wire to hold the tripod legs in place and to hold the gun at the level I have it..........without the fishing wire the model splays out on the floor
Anyway, I weathered the tripod to give it that 'used' look but left the weapon as is. They would have kept that clean.
I love the mags and spent ages getting the fake leather handle just right
Enjoy
So now I had to find somewhere safe to keep them. My old location of 'on top of the bookcase' just wasn't big enough so I managed to get hold of a nice old display cabinet and use that. I've not quite finished with the grass effect, but it gives you an idea of what the final display will look like.
This cabinet also gives me plenty of space to expand the 1/6th collection
Hope you like them
