William...I bought a few donor vehicles, a kind of spares or repair job lot ! I am in the middle of restoring another one with silver tracks, a variant apparently !

Great memories. I had some back in the early 60s.

A couple years ago WalMart was selling Corgi tanks in that same
small scale. I bought a half dozen of them. Don't know why now
as they just are collecting dust. But it seemed like the thing to
    do at the time.

Aaah yes! Very nice. I've got a Shado, Cheiftain, Leopard and a Centurion in my attic. I think I've also got a BAT Recoilless Rifle too.

In recent years I've also collected the Dragon Armour 1/72 Diecast tanks too. I've got enough armour to defend the lounge for days against the Soviets advancing via the dining room!

That is a lot of money.
There is a small antique shop near the local flea market, the owner has a lot of them for sale, 35, 40+++++euros.
