Coupla other tips for weathering if you would indulge me....once you've applied your base coat, sprinkle f little salt around the model, spray your top coat, let it dry and the with a cotton ear cleaning thing or the tip of a hobby knife, remove the salt and you have really nice paint chips.....another good one is a coupla layers of hair spray on your base coat, let it dry between applications, apply your top coats....then with a wet ear cleaning thingy, go over gently any areas you want to replicate paint wear, where you want the base coat to show thru, you know around the edges of the tank, or wear there are heavy crew usage areas, the paint comes away nicely fom the hairspray....make sue you then seal it with a clear coat
