    Yes, it does very much appear to be Polish although I am unable to provide a positive identification nor date. A very interesting item nonetheless.

    Thanks Tony!
    Due to the form of the die, I can easely date it before 1900. But I am not that famyliar with the Polish history, as it is rather rambunctious ....
