Help Identifying Medal, possibly Pre -WWI
Hello all!
I have a Polish war medal that has been passed down through my family for a few generations. My grandfather said it was his from father's family in Poland (Lachowski and Sobieski Estate). I can only date this back to 1930 from a picture of my grandfather holding it. The medal is in rough shape, so I thought I'd take a shot and see if anyone here knew about it!

Nice to have the photo for the family connection, any chance of seeing it?

Simply, It could be patriotic jewellery, popular in pre-WWII period

Unusual is that the crown is missing on the eagle. I'm not sure it was common to do such a thing unless it is not based on the Polish eagle and just a eagle from a certain town or county in Poland.

There were many badges with uncrowned eagle. For example some NKN badges.
