Poland collar insignia and badge - pre WWII or ?

Hi,please find as attach pic's of this collar insignia and badge.Is it pre WWII insignia oer after?

Hello again,

The eagle is actually a hat badge. This one appears to be pre-war vintage.

The cloth insignia is the 7th Infantry Division of the Polish 2nd Corps, Armed Forces in the West. It was worn as shown below. This is a copy, intended to replicate the type pictured below.
