Default POLISH DAGGER/KORDZIKwith BLACK HANDLE AND GOLD COLOORED FITTINGS

I was wondering about your thoughts on this Polish Dress Dagger.
I have never seen another like it. All the fittings are bright colored brass or Gilt.
The handle is jet black color. No maker Identification but Engraving looks genuine. A dealer had it for sale and my pics are not so good because of the poor lighting in the auditorium. The fittings looked suspicious and they are not the usual silver/pewter color of the genuine article. I suspect that it was made in Russia or Germany or is a total fake. Any thoughts ?????
