Would this be the same individual who was part of the Government in exile during the war?
Dr. Franciszek Lenczowski...
And what is his profession as indicated in his 1930 passport?

His profession in passport is indicated as : "Nauczyciel gimnazjum " , " gymnasium teacher, Lyceum teacher. Or High School teacher here in USA.

Yes, he was in Ministry of National Education in the Government in Exile in England, Also earlier in Hallers Army as a Captain of Infantry, a honorary member of PTH (Polish Historical Society ).
