Polish Helmet Plate ?

I have this what looks like a helmet plate not sure if its genuine or even Polish.

Approx measurements crown to tail 110 mm 100 mm wide

I think it is both Polish and genuine but cannot tell you anything further....no help really but it is a very nice national eagle!
